Incredible sushi place! My daughter and I came in for some lunch and had a great experience. The sushi was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. The sushi was well made and the rolls were large. We have eaten at a lot of sushi places and will definitely be returning to this one! I highly recommend Fuyu Sushi.
We absolutely love this place. It's so hard to find good sushi. Not good for Denver area either. Fuyu uses a very high quality fish and they put some how love into their dishes. It's so obvious that they care. It's my wife and I new favorite date spot. We also love thier sister location fuyu Ramen.

This sushi restaurant offers a great price for high-quality sushi. The fish is incredibly fresh, cut thickly, and bursting with flavor. I also love their uni creamy udon, but unfortunately, it’s not always available, which makes it a bit of a hit or miss. I would highly recommend this sushi place.
This place surpassed my expectations. The staff was wonderful and the sushi was delicious. The prices were reasonable. The menu met the needs of everyone including my vegetarian friend.

We placed a pretty large take-out order for 20 rolls of sushi and noodles a couple hours ahead. The team at Fuyu had everything ready right on schedule and the presentation was immaculate. The staff were super friendly, and in an unexpected gesture, they gave us a gift for having placed such a large order. The sushi and noodles are always top notch, the staff kind and helpful, and the atmosphere lovely every time I dine in or order take out from Fuyu. Happy to have such a fine sushi restaurant in Aurora.
